Our Executive Coaching Team
We have a highly experienced and skilled team of Executive Coaches all of whom have been personally trained by Peter Bluckert to ensure a commonality of approach and standard of practice. Some come from executive backgrounds themselves, others from HR and we also have coaches with a strong psychological training as well as corporate knowledge. We pay great attention to matching the right coach to the right executive.
We never work to a fixed programme, always respect the executives' own agenda and we pay particular attention to the personal growth and development of the client as well as their current concerns and issues.
