Pen portraits of our coaching supervisors are included below. Lesley BluckertLesley is a Director of PB Coaching. Lesley has specific responsibility for supervision and CPD within the Company. Trained in the use of Gestalt with individuals and organisations, she is a core member of the team delivering our accredited Postgraduate Coaching Programmes. Lesley is able to draw on her depth of experience in both counselling and organisational consultancy to provide supervision for those involved in working as business coaches. She is also a qualified supervisor following a postgraduate diploma in counselling supervision from York Ripon and St John University. Geoff Pelham Before joining PB Coaching, Geoff worked in higher and further education, delivering courses in counselling and psychotherapy, including responsibility for the Masters programmes at Leeds Metropolitan University. At the same time he was a counsellor, psychotherapist and supervisor in his own private practice. Geoff is a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapist (BACP) accredited counsellor/psychotherapist and trainer.
