Regional Impact

 
We build regional coaching capacity.

We work with regional agencies and funding bodies and to design and deliver:

• 3 day, 5 day and Post Graduate coaching courses
• 3 day and 5 day supervision courses
• Train the trainer courses
• 2 day CPD courses and
• advise on implementation of coaching cultures

One such partner is the Merseyside Coaching Academy. This is the umbrella organisation develops coaching excellence across all Merseyside local authorities, Mersey Travel and Mersey Fire.

With our input, this academy has trained over 500 people on various courses over the last 3 years. They have built common capabilities and resources and a network of skilled coaches across the region.

Importantly, they are actively bringing coaching methods to support and enable key service and efficiency projects.

Based upon this work, Merseyside Coaching Academy has won 2 awards: Training Journal Best coaching Programme (2010) and Government Business Magazine award “Workforce Training Award 2011”
