COACH TRAINER/OD SPECIALIST VACANCY

PB Coaching – Metier MCD Ltd is an international coaching firm based in Leeds which specialises in accredited coach training, executive coaching, team coaching and the development of high performance coaching cultures. We work at all levels from senior leadership teams and board level directors to middle managers in both the private and public sectors and have over 20 years experience in the coaching and organisational development field. Due to our expansion, a new role has arisen for a Senior Coach Trainer/OD specialist. This is a critical role in the delivery of all our work. The post holder will be involved in the delivery of our coach training portfolio (both in-company and open postgraduate programmes), executive coaching and OD and Leadership development consultancy. This is an exciting, challenging and demanding role with a strong focus on programme delivery both in the UK and Ireland. It is envisaged that the job will also involve delivery further afield as our international work grows.
