Postgraduate Certificate in Executive and Business Coaching

Are you looking for a high quality accredited coach training programme? Do you recognise the importance of understanding and being able to work with the psychological and emotional dimensions of business and executive coaching?

Here at PB Coaching our 16 day (nine month) Postgraduate Certificate in Executive and Business Coaching has been recognised as one of the leading coach training courses of its kind for over 10 years. This is an advanced coach training programme underpinned by principles of Gestalt psychology, which are incredibly powerful for individuals, teams and organisations seeking to make change.

Delegates are introduced to a wide range of models and techniques which are embedded through extensive practice, including Use of Self as an instrument of change – “the highest order coaching skill” (Bluckert).
