Yvonne Fagan
Yvonne is an executive coach and is a member of the team delivering PB Coaching’s accredited Postgraduate Coaching Psychology programmes in the UK and Ireland. Yvonne is very interested and passionate about developing people’s potential in all areas of their life and is committed to facilitating this work.
Yvonne has coached directors, general managers and first line managers across a range of agendas from career change, personal development to change management and team development. Yvonne has also worked with senior teams to facilitate team development and organizational results.
Yvonne’s coaching style is to work closely with her coaching clients to understand their developmental needs and help them get unstuck, then facilitate the development they need and achieve their goals. Her coaching experience is built on strong commercial experience coupled with a psychological approach to development.
Prior to becoming an executive coach, Yvonne worked for ten years in sales and marketing in Ireland. Yvonne’s corporate experience includes a considerable number of years in the sales division of a large IT multinational, where she held a senior consultative role developing executives, senior teams and first line managers. The coaching experience that Yvonne acquired during this time has been invaluable to her in developing her skills as an executive and team coach.
Yvonne holds a B.A. (Hons) degree in Marketing from Glamorgan University. She has also completed a Postgraduate Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching and a Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching Psychology with Leeds Met University. Yvonne is also trained to deliver 360 degree feedback, Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the Emotional Quotient Instrument (EQI).
Yvonne is member of the ICDN (Irish Coaching Development Network) and is committed to ensuring that all work by PB Coaching is delivered at the highest possible standard.
