Sarah Willis
Sarah Willis is a Tutor on both the PB Coaching Postgraduate Certificate programmes and “in-company” coaching programmes. She is also an experienced Coach working with senior staff in both the private and the public sector.
Sarah works closely with client organisations to support the development of coaching cultures which she believes are the key to developing a more devolved, adult and responsible working environment. Sarah is particularly interested in the notion of leadership and behaviour and helping senior managers to create a more productive emotional climate in which their team can perform.
Sarah began her career as a manager in organisations as varied as the Home Office and NACRO, ending up as CEO of a national education charity. During her time as a senior manager she became fascinated by the process of staff development and motivation and trained as a Psycho-therapist in Transactional Analysis. Sarah has a continuing passion for understanding what motivates people and how to support them to achieve what they want in their life and work.
Since then, Sarah made the move to the field of Organisational TA and is currently in training as an Organisational Consultant. Sarah has a first degree (Hons) in Peace Studies from Bradford University and a Management Diploma from Leeds Met University. She is also a qualified NLP Practitioner and has a Postgraduate Certificate in Executive Coaching.
