Pauline Clare
Pauline Clare is an experienced deliverer of PB Coaching’s Postgraduate Certificate coaching programme and ‘in house’ coaching course for managers. She has worked with managers from both private and public sector organisations on the in house work, assisting them with personal skill development as well as consideration of how coaching can be used for cultural change and performance improvement.

Pauline brings to coaching a substantial amount of experience in one to one coaching having worked with Senior Managers and Directors. Pauline is particularly passionate about people and their own development. She believes that all people have enormous potential which can be realised through coaching and the appropriate leadership.

In addition to her coaching work, Pauline has run a number of leadership development programmes and workshops, during which she focuses on her transformational approach and the role of emotional intelligence. These she believes are the key to sustainable performance improvement. Her Non-Executive Director role in a Building Society together with membership of the Institute of Directors and Chartered Management Institute, ensure she is exposed to current business issues and thinking.

Pauline brings her vast experience of leadership and business management to her training and coaching roles. As a former Chief Constable of the Lancashire Constabulary (1995-2002), she led the Force through significant change. These changes included cultural change, when staff and their development were at the heart of organisational improvement. The Lancashire Constabulary has been one of the top performing forces in the UK since 2003 and Pauline has been requested to assist the other forces make similar improvements.

Pauline holds a B.A. (Hons) Degree in Psychology, a Postgraduate Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching Psychology. She is trained to give 360 degree feedback and accredited to use the Transformational Leadership Questionnaire (TLQ).

Pauline is a member of the EMCC and is supervised in her coaching practice.
