Lesley Bluckert
Lesley Bluckert is Head of Supervision and Continuous Professional Development [CPD] for PB Coaching and is a senior member of the team delivering PB Coaching’s accredited Postgraduate Coaching Psychology programme in the UK and Ireland. She supervises executive coaches and consultants and enjoys bringing a creative approach to the understanding of complex organisational dynamics.
Lesley has coached directors in top teams and at senior management level over many years, in both public and private sectors. She is highly regarded for the exceptional quality of her feedback and ability to create a rich and supportive reflective space.
She has been instrumental in creating the PB Coaching approach and philosophy that lies at the heart of our coach training programmes. This approach is based in a profound belief in people and their capacity for development and change. Lesley works from a Gestalt psychological approach.
Lesley draws on nearly thirty years of experience in leadership development, working with diversity and women’s development. She has facilitated Action Learning Sets as part of wider OD initiatives and worked with teams to help develop stronger working relationships and improve performance.
She worked in education before working as a consultant. She holds postgraduate diplomas in Gestalt counselling and in Supervision. Lesley has a strong background in competency frameworks and is the founder of Online360, a niche company delivering bespoke 360 degree feedback processes.
Lesley is a member of the EMCC and is committed to ensuring that all our staff team at PB Coaching are trained and developed to the highest possible standard. |
