John Davies

	John Davies

John is committed to developing individuals and to enabling them to achieve their potential. In his coaching work, he applies many coaching processes and techniques as well as using the emotional intelligence framework to support leadership development and individual performance improvement activities

He has extensive experience of facilitating teams and harnessing individual potential with the aim of delivering business strategy and achieving business success. He brings this experience to his leadership development work both in training workshop programmes and in one on one coaching sessions.

Prior to becoming a coach, he was in management consulting where he focused on developing business strategies and leadership skills. He then moved back into line management as a General Manager in the financial sector. He has worked with leaders in a wide range of sectors and as a result has developed a specific interest in leadership competencies and in developing leadership skills.

John holds a B.Eng (Hons) from Sheffield University and is a Chartered Engineer. He has a Postgraduate Certificate in Business and Executive Coaching and a Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching Psychology from Leeds Met University.

He is committed to continuous professional development and to the EMCC Code of Ethics.
