ProfilesJackie WilkinsonJackie Wilkinson is a tutor on both the PB Coaching Postgraduate Certificate programmes and 'in-company' coaching programmes. She is also an experienced coach who has worked with people at all levels of management. Jackie is particularly interested in the uniqueness of each individual and how coaching can enable them to realise their potential. She focuses on engaging with clients, adopting a non-directive style which helps people to feel secure while at the same time challenging them to expand their horizons. Jackie takes great pleasure in seeing individuals grow and develop through the work they do together. Jackie brings many years experience of management as a means to develop people's competence and confidence to her coaching and training. Jackie's article on Manager as Coach was published in the Coaching at Work magazine. Her experiences as an international competitor in archery for many years add an understanding of sports psychology and performance under pressure to her work. Jackie's two books, Succeed in Sport, and Survival Guide for the Skint both apply key principles of coaching. Jackie holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Physics, a Postgraduate Advanced Diploma in Business and Executive Coaching and a Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching Psychology. She is trained in Team Coaching and Facilitation and to use the Success Insights Behaviour and Values profiling tools. Jackie is a member of the EMCC and believes in and promotes high standards within the profession. |
