Helen Ison
Helen Ison is the Business Manager for PB Coaching. Her work includes overseeing the smooth running of the office, providing support to the employed team, the wider group of associates and PB Coaching’s clients, writing proposals and bids and acting as Executive Assistant to Peter Bluckert. Helen holds the relationship with many of our clients and suppliers and liaises between them and our team of consultants.
Through her career at PB Coaching, Helen has learned how to contribute effectively to the demanding agendas of organisational life. In a relational context, Helen has a great ability to connect with others and to create and build trusting relationships. Her friendly, enthusiastic and positive manner ensures that the team and our clients feel supported and well looked after.
Helen’s initial role in the company was Course and Business Coordinator, as well as Personal Assistant to Peter and Lesley Bluckert. Over the course of her 4 years with the company, she has progressed to the current role as Business Manager.
Helen graduated with a B.A. Honours in Social Sciences from Nottingham Trent University in 2004. She is currently undertaking the PB Coaching Postgraduate Certificate in Business and Executive Coaching programme with Leeds Met University. |
