Annelise Cruickshank

Prior to her current consultancy role within Metier, Annelise held operational management and generalist Human Resource posts at senior levels. Her experience spans across public sector and a wide range of private sector organisations including Airline, Energy, Cosmetics and Beauty, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Games Development, Retail, Leisure, Health, Universities and ‘Not for Profit’ organisations.

Annelise has specialized in recruitment, selection and assessment, designing bespoke recruitment processes and training employees in the new methods. Other major projects have included design and delivery of Induction programmes, performance management systems, developing effective teams, understanding and valuing differences, customer service culture and skills.

Annelise is accredited as a Master Coach, with an MSc in Coaching and Development. Coaching assignments have included working with individual clients through transition and on improving their performance and personal impact. In addition she works with teams to help them improve their effectiveness.
