Professional standards and partnerships

PB Coaching is recognised in the coaching market for our commitment to quality and professional standards. We are one of a small number of companies to initially receive accreditation and quality awards for our coach training programmes by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) at Foundation Level (Manager as Coach, Advanced Coaching for Change etc), Practitioner Level and Senior Practitioner Level  (Postgraduate Certificate in Business and Executive Coaching). We remain committed to improving standards in the field of coaching through active participation in the EMCC’s EQA Provider Steering Group.

We have held key strategic partnerships over several years with Leeds Metropolitan University (LMU) in the UK and the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, University College Dublin (UCD) in Ireland. Both universities accredit our comprehensive range of innovative, class-leading Postgraduate Coaching programmes up to Masters Level as well as some of our shorter, organisational courses.
